Notice - Development Variance Permit 217

Notice is hereby given under Section 499 of the Local Government Act, this 17th day of January 2019, of Council’s intention to consider Development Variance Permit 217 at the Council meeting scheduled for February 7, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall.  Such resolution shall state:
That Development Variance Permit 217 be issued for 4454 Marine Avenue shown outlined in red on the map below and legally described as Lot 1 District Lot 5307 Block 22 New Westminster District Group 1 Plan BCP23196 (PID 026-648-679) to vary City of Powell River Zoning Bylaw 2100, 2006 by relaxing the rear setback requirement of the MX – Mixed Use - Zone from 7.5m to 0.7m to accommodate a back porch roof structure on the house identified as ‘Dwelling 2’ on the map below.

Copies of the proposed DVP may be examined at City Hall, located at 6910 Duncan St., Powell River, BC, between the office hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, from January 17th up to and including February 7, 2019.
