MISSION STATEMENT: Powell River Parks, Recreation & Culture Department strives to enhance the quality of life for all citizens through: *facilitation of recreation services  *providing and maintaining parks and green space *supporting arts and culture in a positive, healthy and equitable manner GOALS: Provide leisure services to further growth and development of the community.
